Manufacturing method of customized Lentivirus
▪Using lentivirus vectors provided by the sponsor
Plasmid gene map and gene sequence
Plasmid gene 1-5 μg
Prepare endotoxin-free plasmids and transform them into packaging cell line (HEK293 Cell Line), harvest lentivirus and provide it after measurement of concentration and titer.
▪Using company-owned lentivirus vectors
Choose company-owned lentivirus vector and designate target gene
Plasmid gene 1-5 μg or genetic sequence information containing target gene
Clone target gene into lentivirus vector, prepare endotoxin-free plasmids and transform them into packaging cell line (HEK293 Cell Line), harvest lentivirus. and provide it after measurement of concentration and titer.
